Because each of our items is custom-made (and literally materialized just for you!), we currently do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Once an order is placed, it’s officially on its way to becoming your new favorite thing!

While we maintain a strict 'all sales are final' policy, we want you to love your goodies. If your item arrives feeling a little under the weather (damaged during shipping), please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery so we can help make it right!
